The Eyes and Ears on Burrowing Owls Project is a Pomona Valley Audubon Society conservation program. The project is administered by the PVAS Burrowing Owl Committee, chaired by Suzanne Thompson. Committee members are: Carol Coy, April Chertkow, Kimberly Dilbeck, Jeff Strogen, Robin Ikeda, and Camilla Estes.

The project is supported by the work of talented and dedicated volunteers who monitor the Burrowing Owls, work with Professor Nina Karnovsky of Pomona College to install and maintain cameras, help maintain the Preserve fields, install and clean artificial burrows, and introduce the public to local Burrowing Owls at outreach events.

The Friends of the Pomona Valley Burrowing Owls group receive updates on local Burrowing Owl activity and opportunities to help protect the owls.
